The Circular HRM project - Improving circular skills and jobs through training in human resources management, aims to develop training modules so that the management of companies' human resources integrates the principles of the circular economy into its approach. POUR LA SOLIDARITÉ-PLS is the leader of this innovative project, co-financed by the Erasmus+ programme and supported by a partnership of 7 European organisations
The project Circular HRM aims to support the transition of European SMEs from a traditional linear HRM model to a circular HRM model that enhances the regeneration of skills and competences at the work place and encourages circular business and organizational models. It is a project that it being implemented by 8 project partners, all being experienced European organizations.
Are the principles of the circular economy applicable to HRM? How can they be applied? And with what added value? This is what the Circular HRM project, led by the think & do tank Pour la Solidarité and involving HR Square and other partners, is exploring. In parallel to this journey, we will be providing you with a series of insights to better understand what a circular economy is (or is not). Fourth step: an inventory of its implementation in Belgium with the CRISP, which devotes one of its Courrier hebdomadaire to this topic.
