INTELLECTUAL OUTPUT 1

IO1: Highlighting circularity into companies

Objective: Identification of companies that have implemented human resources management practices that could be defined as circular practices.

 

INTELLECTUAL OUTPUT 2

IO2: Development of training courses & training guide

Objective:
Creation of a common European Qualification Framework (EQF) for circular HR;
Development of two training modules: Circular HRM for HR Managers and Circular Design thinking and Business Models for employers and employees.

 

INTELLECTUAL OUTPUT 3

IO3: Open source e-training and knowledge sharing platform

Open source e-training and knowledge sharing platform for HR managers, employees and employers of eco-companies and piloting of the on-the-job mentoring and online training course

INTELLECTUAL OUTPUT 4

IO4: Circular assessment and advocacy for a circular roadmap

Objective:
Gathering all information collected during the project, validations of the course, platform etc. to assess the circularity of the project.
