As part of The Circular HRM project partners are pleased to present the “Model of Circular Human Resource Management” research publication as one of the project outputs (Intelectual Output 1). Based on experts’ knowledge, a scientific and participatory approach to defining the conceptual model of the circular economy methodology, and the active participation of companies in the partners’ countries, a model of circularity in HR Management was defined.
